Advanced Commercial Communications (ACC) is looking for a dependable Telecom Field Support Laborer to join our growing team. This position supports our field crews on communications and low-voltage projects, including fiber and copper networks, access control systems, wireless networks, camera systems, and related infrastructure work.

What you’ll do

  • Support field crews with materials, staging, site preparation, and general jobsite assistance.
  • Assist with cable pulling support, cleanup, equipment handling, and project organization.
  • Help with field support tasks related to communications and low-voltage infrastructure projects.
  • Organize, load, transport, and stage tools and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
  • Follow direction from lead installers and project supervisors.
  • Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Basic tool knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Previous experience in construction, field support, warehouse, or related work is a plus.

  • Must have a professional attitude and be able to work safely around customers, team members, and active job sites.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical requirements

This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and working in active field environments. Work will involve attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and other confined or elevated spaces. Candidates must be comfortable working in dirty, dusty, noisy, and physically demanding conditions.
