Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LEB (Limited Energy Technician B) or LEA (Limited Energy Technician A) to join our growing team. This position is available full-time or part-time and will involve the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems such as fiber and copper networks, audio/visual equipment, security and CCTV systems, wireless networks, digital signage, paging, mass notification systems, time clocks, and phone systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain low voltage systems in commercial and residential environments.
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber, copper, wireless networks, security systems, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, codes, and regulations.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with project planning and site assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Oregon LEB or LEA license required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Recommended 1-3 years of experience in installing and maintaining low voltage systems (networks, security, AV, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 75 lbs), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial and residential projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Basic computer skills.
